Savara CFO Steps Down Citing Health-Related Reasons

Savara's Chief Financial Officer Dave Lowrance is stepping down due to health-related reasons, effective July 15.

Chief Operating Officer Robert Lutz will assume the additional title of CFO and take on Lowrance's financial duties, the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company said on Monday. Lowrance's administrative responsibilities will be split among the company's senior leadership team.

Lowrance will be remain available to Savara as an adviser, the company said.
