6月10日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局巴南监管分局发布批复，同意中国民生银行股份有限公司收购綦江民生村镇银行股份有限公司并设立中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆綦江支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆万盛支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆东溪支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆桥河支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆九龙支行，承接綦江民生村镇银行股份有限公司清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工。

　　批复要求，中国民生银行股份有限公司应在中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆綦江支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆万盛支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆东溪支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆桥河支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司重庆九龙支行筹建工作完成后，按照有关规定和程序向国家金融监督管理总局巴南监管分局申请核准开业。
