英伟达（NVDA）网络业务高管表示，今年下半年将启动 CPO 规模化推进，无延期计划。Serenity 认为，相较部分机构放缓判断，产业链企业口径更可信：Scale-Out CPO 自今年下半年起逐步放量，Scale-Up CPO 于 2027 年下半年启动，2028 年迎来增长高峰。
