消息面上，ASMPT宣布，已获得一家全球领先的整合式装置制造商(IDM)的追加订单，将为其芯片对晶圆(C2W)应用提供八台热压接合(TCB)设备。随着异质运算时代对效能与整合需求的提升，基于小芯片(chiplet)的架构正日益普及，这些设备将支援该IDM生产先进的客户端及资料中心CPU。
开源证券发布研报称，面向高端大规模算力场景GPU的HBM模块短缺目前仍是AI产业链核心产能瓶颈，根据海力士管理层披露，全球内存芯片短缺可能持续到2030年，全球高端存储厂商加速推进产能释放节奏，预计将前置大批量生产设备、材料采购需求。我们测算满产状态下，预计2026-2028年全球HBM生产配套新增TCB设备数量为532/648/748台。该行指出，全球存储大厂加速扩产，TCB设备采购需求攀升，受益标的：ASMPT。
