消息面上，鹰普精密发布公告，就有关公司拟折让约13.58%先旧后新配股。配售事项及认购事项已分别于2026年5月29日及2026年6月3日完成。根据配售及认购协议的条款及条件，由于配售事项的所有条件已获达成，于2026年5月29日，配售代理已按配售价每股配售股份港币9.10元，成功向不少于六名承配人配售合共6000万股配售股份；及由于认购事项的所有条件已获达成。
于2026年6月3日，本公司已按认购价每股认购股份港币9.10元，向卖方配发及发行合共6000万股新认购股份，相当于本公告日期已发行股份总数约3.08%。于配售事项完成后，概无承配人为或成为本公司的主要股东。公告称，本公司拟筹集额外资金以支持墨西哥及中国工厂的资本开支，以满足尤其是在与人工智能数据中心相关的终端市场的不断增长需求；未来产能及工艺类别，并为航空领域的长期可持续发展作出前瞻性准备；及偿还银行借款、一般营运资金及一般企业用途。
