智通财经APP讯，晶泰控股(02228)发布公告，于2026年6月9日，董事会决议，视乎市场情况而定，且根据本公司股东日期为2026年5月20日的股东决议案所批准的股份购回授权(购回授权)，本公司将不时动用最多合共1亿美元，于 2026年6月10日至本公司下届股东周年大会结束时(届时购回授权将届满)，或股东于股东大会上撤销或修订购回授权之日止的期间内，于公开市场购回本公司股份(股份)(购回计划)。
根据购回授权，本公司获准购回最多为本公司于2026年5月20日举行的股东周年大会当日已发行股份总数10%的股份，即最多4.3亿股股份。
本公司相信，购回计划将彰显本公司对其自身业务展望及前景的信心，且最终将惠及本公司并为其股东创造价值。董事会认为，本公司现有财务资源将使其能够在维持稳健财务状况的同时实施购回计划。
