Wolfspeed (WOLF) has launched its fifth-generation switches for 1200-volt and 750-volt automotive and industrial applications, the company said Tuesday.
The switches use a 5-by-5 mm silicon carbide footprint, the company said.
The new technology was designed to help hasten the electrification of vehicles, the company said.
