WhiteHawk Income Prices Upsized IPO of 7.7 Million Shares for NYSE Listing

WhiteHawk Income (WHK) priced an upsized initial public offering of 7.7 million shares of Class A common stock at $26.00 each.
The offering represents an upsizing of 775,000 shares, the company said late Monday.
WhiteHawk granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.16 million additional shares.
Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday under the ticker symbol "WHK."
The offering is expected to close on Wednesday.
In connection with the closing of the offering, the company will change its corporate name to "WhiteHawk Minerals Corp."
