2026年6月8日下午，中国铁建国际集团有限公司召开干部大会，中国铁建股份有限公司党委宣布对中国铁建国际集团有限公司主要领导调整决定。中国铁建股份有限公司党委干部部（人力资源部）副部长（副总经理）宋大勇宣布：

徐华祥同志任中国铁建国际集团有限公司党委书记、董事长，不再担任总经理职务；

颜猛同志任中国铁建国际集团有限公司党委副书记、董事，为总经理人选；

李重阳同志不再担任中国铁建国际集团有限公司党委书记、董事长职务，另有任用。
