6月9日，据内蒙古自治区统计局消息：目前，赤峰市煤制天然气年产能达26.6亿立方米，位居全区第一。
从主要能源产品总体生产情况看，今年1—4月，赤峰市呈现原煤产量回落、煤制天然气产量稳步增长、原油生产短期承压、新能源电力生产平稳运行的态势。
1—4月，赤峰市煤制天然气产量同比增加1.09亿立方米，增长12.7%，进一步缓解了区域天然气供应压力，稳住了清洁能源供应基本盘。
1—4月，赤峰市新能源供给总体平稳，全市新能源发电量61.18亿千瓦时，占同期全市规模以上工业企业发电量的近一半，逐步升级为电力供给的核心增长极与重要支撑力量，能源结构绿色转型效果显著。其中，风力发电作为新能源主力，贡献发电量55.63亿千瓦时，占新能源发电总量的90%以上，充分发挥了产业支柱作用。
