消息面上，6月8日起，海致科技正式获纳入港股通标的名单，此举将进一步提升公司港股的交易可及性与市场流动性，扩大投资者触达范围，并增强公司与更广泛的内地资本市场连接。值得关注的是，海致科技是港股通中极为稀缺的图模融合AI标的，以53.3%的市场份额位居行业第一。公司2025年财务数据显示，其全年营收达6.21亿元，其中Atlas 智能体同比增长68.4%，毛利率攀升至53.2%。公司已实现经调整净利润2415万元，同比增长42.6%，保持持续盈利。
在硬科技层面，海致自研的AtlasGraph图数据库在吞吐量上超越既有纪录45%，刷新世界纪录，构筑了坚实的数据底座。国泰海通证券指出，考虑到公司“图谱底座+智能体应用”双轮驱动，兼具产业AI基础设施价值与智能体业务成长弹性，给予公司2027年27.5倍PS，合理估值为341.37亿元，对应目标价97.47港元。
