AI时代什么能力最重要？猎豹移动董事长兼CEO傅盛在凤凰网财经《封面》对话中强调：主动学习的能力。傅盛表示，自己观察到很多人还在问“有没有培训班来学AI”，但这种被动学习已经过时了。他认为，今天有大量的AI工具，你可以主动去发问、去学习，把它当老师。好奇心比知识更重要。

傅盛： 第一个是学习能力，但更多是主动学习的能力，要和好奇心强烈挂钩。你看到一样东西，真的愿意自己去尝试。经常有人给我发私信问有没有培训班、开不开培训班让我上一下，我认为这种学习能力已经过时了——要坐在班里听人讲才能学东西。今天有大量的AI，你可以主动去发问、去学习，把它当老师。还有好奇心，你对这件事真的感兴趣，觉得做了有成就感，问个问题都觉得有意思。再一个就是想象力，今天不仅是体力可以被替代，智力也可以被替代，但想象力还是我们很重要的东西。突然有一天想一个点子，马上去试，这种能力很关键。
