目标公司主要从事厂房租赁及物业管理。截至本公告日期，目标公司为该物业的唯一注册拥有人。该物业正在作为工业园区运营。物业指截至本公告日期目标公司在中国惠州市拥有的土地。

进行建议出售事项符合集团进一步优化业务结构、提升资产效能的业务发展战略，建议出售倘落实，集团可实现存量资产变现并将资源用于维持及发展核心业务。建议出售倘落实，预期可为集团带来不低于约人民币2.96亿元现金的所得款项，及不低于约人民币1.45亿元的净收益。所得款项可减少集团的计息负债，强化集团的财务状况。
