银行等传统机构强烈反对稳定币提供收益、奖励或返现等激励措施，认为这会吸引存款从银行流出，损害本地借贷能力，并呼吁明确禁止稳定币生态内的任何补偿形式；国际标准化组织（ISO）技术委员会则建议 FDIC 要求采用机器可读报告格式和法人实体标识符（LEI），以提升透明度、监管信息共享和数据质量。
