智通财经APP获悉，意力国际(00585)再涨近20%，4月初至今累计涨幅已超300%。截至发稿，涨21.18%，报3.89港元，成交额1.41亿港元。
消息面上，意力国际今年4月公布，威华达控股(00622)向独立第三方韩旭洋先生全数转让公司1.41亿股。完成后，韩旭洋先生将成为公司主要兼单一最大股东，持股17.10%。同时，韩旭洋先生已获委任为公司主席及执行董事。公开资料显示，韩旭洋为中誉集团的CEO，中誉集团已于2023年底私有化退市。
值得注意的是，信铭生命科技(00474)上月公布，认购意力国际附属IFGL合共2,102股股份，总代价1.67亿港元。完成后，公司于IFGL持股将由目前19.74%增至30.70%，后者主要从事提供综合金融服务；IFGL于公司持股由16.67%增至28%。意力国际于IFGL持股则由79.21%摊薄至68.39%。
