金吾财讯 | 沃特世公司(WAT)宣布，旗下 TA 仪器正式推出全新的“纽扣电池差示扫描量热仪”，该系统首次实现了在单一实验中同步捕获热流、逸出气体和电化学分析等多维数据，旨在为新能源汽车及储能行业提供更快速、更全面的电池安全测试方案。具体而言，沃特世本次推出的 Coin Cell DSC 实现了三大技术跃升：1)免拆解全电池设计：独特的胶囊封装技术允许研究人员直接对完整组装的纽扣电池进行无损测试，无需进行高风险、高耗时的电芯拆解，使平均样品制备时间大幅缩短90%以上，同时保持了样品的完整性。2)多维数据联动：该仪器加入了电压监测与充放电功能。通过将热行为与电化学表现直接挂钩，科研人员能够更早地洞察热失控的关键节点。3)成分深度联用：系统支持与质谱(MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)或气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)直接对接，实现对电池受热时释放的尾气成分进行实时定性分析。还值得关注的是，该系统拥有业界领先的 -80°C 至 600°C 宽广工作温度范围，可满足极端条件下的研发测试，还能无缝延伸至未来的量产质量控制(QA/QC)环节。目前，沃特世 TA 仪器纽扣电池 DSC 已在全球范围内开放预订，预计将于 2026年8月开始首批正式发货。
