智通财经APP获悉，天域半导体(02658)盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，涨3.8%，报46.44港元。
公开资料显示，天域半导体是一家专注于自制碳化硅外延片（功率半导体器件的关键原材料）的制造商，已实现4英寸、6英寸、8英寸外延片量产。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，以2024年数据计，公司是中国最大、全球第三大自制碳化硅外延片制造商，国内收入与销量市占率分别达30.6%、32.5%，全球市占率亦达6.7%、7.8%，在细分领域具备较强竞争壁垒。今年2月，公司宣布与韩国EYEQ Lab Inc.正式签署战略合作协议，聚焦碳化硅外延片供应与应用。
值得关注的是，碳化硅作为第三代半导体材料，因耐高温、高耐压及高频特性，广泛应用于新能源汽车、电力供应、轨道交通等领域，是功率半导体器件的核心原材料。华西证券此前指出，AI数据中心功耗升高、英伟达800V架构推出，AI电源成为关键一环，SiC作为功率器件有望重点受益。
