金吾财讯 | 嘉信资产管理公司(SCHW)宣布，嘉信战略信托基金董事会已于6月10日正式批准关闭并清算旗下的“嘉信阿里尔机会ETF”(SAEF)。据悉，该基金将于2026年7月17日常规交易结束后，停止在纽约证券交易所Arca交易平台的交易，届时基金份额将被正式摘牌。2026年7月17日常规交易收盘后，该基金将不再接受任何新的申购申请。投资者可在该截止时间前，在二级市场上正常出售其持有的基金份额。该基金预计将于2026年7月24日前后完成最终清算。清算所得现金款项将及时分配给截至7月17日收盘时仍持有该基金股份的股东。内部公告同时提示，自2026年6月12日起至最终清算日期间，由于资产变现等清算准备工作，该基金的全部或部分资金可能无法再按照其既定的投资目标和策略进行正常投资。
