智通财经APP讯，康方生物(09926)发布公告，于2026年6月11日，本公司董事会批准动用最多2亿港元以在公开市场上购买本公司普通股(股份)。建议购买股份将由本公司 2021年受限制股份单位计划的受托人执行。董事会认为，股份的现行交易价格未能反映本公司的内在价值及业务前景，且现时是进行购买股份的良机。建议购买股份显示董事会及管理层对本公司业务展望及前景充满信心，并将从而惠及本公司，为股东创造价值。建议购买股份将由本公司现有可用现金资源拨付。
董事会亦获悉，本公司主席、执行董事、总裁兼行政总裁夏瑜博士、执行董事李百勇博士、执行董事王忠民博士、执行董事张鹏博士，以及本公司首席财务官王秉中博士(统称“相关董事及高级管理层”)拟透过在公开市场收购股份增加其于本公司的持股，总金额上限为5000万港元，惟须符合上市规则及其他适用法律及法规。据相关董事及高级管理层告知，彼等拟增加于本公司的持股，乃基于彼等对本集团的长期投资价值、强大的研发能力及推动持续创新的能力充满信心，并将以彼等自身的财务资源拨付。
