路透6月10日 - 一位知情人士周三透露，蚂蚁集团688688.SS旗下海外子公司蚂蚁国际（Ant International）计划进行一轮私募融资，筹集10亿美元。
该知情人士称，此轮融资对蚂蚁国际的投前估值达到100亿美元，资金主要来自蚂蚁集团的现有投资者。
彭博新闻周三率先报导了蚂蚁国际的融资消息，并援引知情人士的话称，蚂蚁国际最早可能于今年在香港上市。
知情人士表示，目前尚未确定任何上市时间表，另外两位熟悉该公司计划的消息人士也表达了相同看法。
由于未获得就此事公开发言的授权，上述人士均未具名。
总部位于新加坡的蚂蚁国际不予置评。(完)
