Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall; Lifts Fiscal 2026 Revenue Guidance

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store (CBRL) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.29 per diluted share, down from $0.58 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.48.

Revenue for the three months ended May 1 was $797.4 million, down from $821.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $776.7 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company now expects revenue of $3.27 billion to $3.30 billion, versus $3.24 billion to $3.27 billion earlier. Analysts expect $3.25 billion.

Shares of Cracker Barrel rose over 12% in after-hours activity.
