智通财经APP讯，绿色能源科技集团(00979)发布公告，自2026年5月起，本公司全资附属公司瑞距有限公司(RED HUGE LIMITED)已开始开展电子芯片、半导体器件及其他电子产品贸易业务，重点涵盖存储芯片、算力芯片及其他人工智能算力相关核心零部件。本集团亦计划在相关业务基础上，逐步拓展至高端显示卡及其他与人工智能算力基础设施相关的硬件产品及供应链服务领域。
上述业务构成本集团开展人工智能算力核心零部件贸易业务的重要一步。本集团将以存储芯片、算力芯片等核心零部件贸易为切入点，逐步搭建稳定的供应链体系与客户渠道，夯实公司业务基本盘，并为本集团未来业务发展探索新的增长机会。
董事会认为，开展上述业务符合本集团拓展业务范围及提升业务可持续性的整体方向。本公司一直积极探索新商机及可能，务求为股东带来更高回报。
