Radium Life Tech (TPE:2547) unit Ding Sheng Green Energy Technology has been unable to complete contract negotiations for the Nantou County Organic Waste Resource Center BOT project in Taiwan.
The company had previously been selected as the preferred bidder after evaluation by local authorities, but negotiations with the Nantou County Environmental Protection Bureau broke down over contract amendments, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
As a result, both parties were unable to reach a final investment agreement, and no contract will be signed, the company said.
