Einride 主营电动自动驾驶货运车辆及配套软件平台，业务覆盖北美、欧洲与中东地区。

　　瑞典自动驾驶卡车企业 Einride 已完成与一家特殊目的收购公司（空白支票公司）的合并交易，本次交易在不计入募资资金的前提下，企业股权估值达 13.5 亿美元，公司将于周三正式登陆纳斯达克交易所挂牌交易。

　　上周股东投票批准了该公司与美国 SPAC 企业 Legato Merger Corp． III 的合并方案。

　　Einride 自主研发电动自动驾驶货运车辆与软件运营平台，服务客户遍及北美、欧洲及中东市场。

　　今年早些时候，公司完成 1.13 亿美元融资，投资方包含总部设于斯德哥尔摩的 EQT 风投。这笔资金将用于技术研发与全球业务扩张，持续落地自动驾驶项目，并拓展其货运平台的商业化应用场景。
