智通财经APP讯，阿里巴巴-W(09988)发布公告，本集团注意到美国国防部已将阿里巴巴集团列入中国军工企业名单(以下简称“中国军工企业名单”)。美国国防部不得直接或间接从中国军工企业名单上实体采购商品、服务或技术。
本公司认为将其纳入中国军工企业名单是一个错误。将阿里巴巴集团列入该名单并无任何依据。阿里巴巴集团并非中国军工企业，也未参与任何军民融合战略。对于任何试图歪曲本公司形象的行为，本公司将采取一切可行的法律行动。
被列入中国军工企业名单不会影响本集团在美国乃至全球正常开展业务，因为本集团的业务与美国军事采购无关。该名单并不会施加其他出口管制或制裁措施，亦不会禁止任何人(美国国防部除外)与本集团进行业务往来或交易本公司的证券。
