消息面上，丽珠集团近日宣布，其1类创新生物药莱康奇塔单抗用于治疗强直性脊柱炎的上市申请，已获国家药品监督管理局正式受理。这是该药物继银屑病适应症上市申请获受理并纳入优先审评后，斩获的第二项 NDA 受理。
公开资料显示，莱康奇塔单抗是中国首个自主研发的IL-17A/F双抗。随着后续适应症的逐步获批，莱康奇塔单抗将进一步丰富丽珠医药在自免领域的产品矩阵，提升公司在全球生物医药市场的竞争力。
