消息面上，据央视新闻报道，今年以来，算力需求爆发，带动电子布价格大幅上涨。截至6月初，市场上常用规格的电子布已经完成年内5轮提价，均价达7.4元/米，与去年三季度的低点相比，涨幅达到100%。此外，中东冲突带来的影响，正从能源市场进一步蔓延到电子产品供应链。据了解，沙特的朱拜勒工业区此前供应了全球大约70%的PPE树脂。但在今年3月底，由于霍尔木兹海峡航运受阻，相关工厂就已经停产。
花旗研报认为，电子玻璃布价格涨幅高于预期，将很快(预计最快在本月底前)转化为覆铜板(CCL)的平均售价通胀。覆铜板价格的上涨主要由成本推动，主要成本组件包括铜、电子玻璃布及环氧树脂。高盛的一份报告显示，仅在4月份，印刷电路板的价格较3月份最高上涨了40%。美国印刷电路板制造商迅达科技的股价在过去一年上涨超过400%。
