阿波罗全球管理的John Zito表示，太多公司将AI工具用于相对平常的任务，这并不足以证明高昂成本和算力投入的合理性。

　　“我们的智商太低了，以至于竟然要用AI工具来搜索法式吐司的做法，”阿波罗资产管理联席总裁Zito说道，“这就是价格上涨的原因。”

　　他表示，只有“少数”人有能力和必要使用最前沿的AI工具。谈到Anthropic PBC最新的Claude AI模型，他笑称自己的智商“没高到能使用Mythos 2强大功能的程度”。

　　他表示，分配给各种AI工具和智能体的任务类型存在差异，这将为该领域创造一种新的经济模式。“AMD芯片、英伟达芯片，所有这些不同的芯片都将被用于特定的用例并进行优化，以解决支出问题，”他在摩根士丹利金融服务会议上说道。

　　对于像城堡证券、Jane Street等对量子计算有着高度复杂需求的公司，投资于最复杂的工具“将会非常昂贵，但投资回报率将是巨大的”。

　　继今年早些时候AI预算超支后，优步近来对员工使用部分工具设定了限制。沃尔玛也限制员工使用一款内部开发、可以帮助处理电子表格、演示文稿和其他办公任务的AI智能体。
