Vivakor Forms Joint Venture to Launch Houston Remediation Processing Center

Vivakor (VIVK) said Wednesday it has formed a joint venture with Monarch R&P Management to complete commissioning and begin operations at its Houston-area Remediation Processing Center.

The joint venture, Monarch Remediation & Processing I, will prepare Vivakor's Harris County, Texas facility for commercial operations, expected in Q3, the company said.

The facility will expand its remediation and environmental processing platform and complement its transportation, terminaling, storage, logistics, and trading businesses, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
