ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市比特币矿企 Keel Infrastructure（原 Bitfarms）已完成 4.58 亿美元可转换优先票据的发行，票面利率 1.25%，2032 年到期，初始转换价约 7.41 美元（较 6 月 4 日收盘价溢价 25%）。部分募集资金用于购买封顶看涨期权，以对冲票据转换时的稀释风险。
Keel 表示，现有流动性预计足以通过租赁开发 Panther Creek、Sharon 和 Moses Lake 项目，本次募资将提高公司灵活性，用于长期设备定金或数据中心项目信用证抵押等一般公司用途。
