凤凰网科技讯 6月12日，继京东之后，淘宝闪购今天傍晚通过官微回应某公司雇佣小笨文化等机构长期造谣抹黑同行企业被公安机关破获一事。
淘宝闪购称，一段时间以来，某公司雇佣成都小笨文化等机构，通过炮制虚假信息，对淘宝闪购、京东外卖等企业进行了有组织、系统化、全方位的抹黑与造谣攻击。“这种做法扭曲了市场竞争的本来面目，更触及了法律的红线，相信法律一定会给予制裁。抹黑、谣言，伤害的从来不只是一家公司，而是商业生态的健康、行业创新的勇气，最终受损的，是整个社会赖以运行的信任基石与法治秩序。”
本月8日，京东官方称，京东外卖等业务及京东创始人长期遭受大量有组织、有预谋的恶意抹黑和造谣攻击。某幕后抹黑公司雇佣小笨文化等机构，对京东进行了长时间、全方位、系统性的造谣攻击，经公安机关依法侦办，小笨文化等造谣抹黑者已受到法律惩处。
