金吾财讯 | SS&C Technologies(SSNC)宣布，已与国际知名储蓄及投资管理公司M&G plc达成一项重大深化合作协议。SS&C将全面接管M&G财富管理平台的运营管理，以提升后者的服务交付能力与运营韧性。根据续签的扩展协议，SS&C旗下的全球投资者与分销解决方案部门将全权负责管理该平台。该平台作为M&G的核心分销渠道，支撑着旗下市场领先、资产规模近700亿英镑的“保诚平滑型多元资产基金”。后续，该平台将全面部署并依托SS&C可扩展的私有云基础设施，通过数字化技术灵活满足理财顾问和终端客户日益拓展的定制化需求。作为协议的重要组成部分，约200名M&G原平台运营员工将平稳过渡至SS&C，以确保专业领域知识的无缝留存以及日常业务的连续性。同时，M&G将继续保留对该平台的完整所有权，并牢牢掌控所有关键的战略、监管及商业决策。而此次签约也标志着双方长达20多年的信任合作迈上新台阶。在此之前，M&G在其资产管理及人寿保险业务中，已广泛采用SS&C提供的业务流程外包及保单管理服务。
