智通财经APP获悉，安宁控股(00128)涨超40%，截至发稿，涨42.5%，报0.57港元，成交额357.94万港元。
消息面上，安宁控股公布，建议以招标方式出售显达土地及自愿撤销上市地位，并于建议出售显达土地完成后及除牌前，拟分派股息，该金额将包括建议出售事项所得款项净额、若干现金储备，以及可能出售及/或赎回金融资产所得款项净额。公司指出，透过招标方式出售显达土地，即位于新界荃湾老围显达路10号的土地。
目前拟于明年第一季度展开招标程序，以配合道路刊宪程序的预期完成时间，指示性目标为于明年第三季度完成建议出售事项，于去年底显达土地帐面值3.2亿港元。而于建议出售事项完成后，股份将根据上市规则自愿撤销在联交所的上市地位。为推进建议分派股息，拟建立足够可供分派储备，包括建议股本削减，及向香港高等法院申请解除一项维持特别储备约8.09亿港元的承诺。
