ChainCatcher 消息，据 TheStreet Roundtable 报道，Coinbase 机构销售主管 John D'Agostino 在纽约证券交易所受访时表示，Coinbase 正致力于将现有金融基础设施从数十年前的旧账本体系迁移至更快、更便宜、更稳定的区块链账本，目标是成为加密领域的全功能综合金融平台。
D'Agostino 指出，Coinbase 当前增长主要来自四个方向：一是衍生品，公司去年以 29 亿美元收购全球最大加密期权交易所 Deribit，已成为该领域市场领导者；二是代币化证券，目前已完成约 20 只股票的代币化并持续扩展，并将 REIT 等资产纳入代币化范围，称该市场规模约达 15 万亿美元；三是 DeFi，Coinbase 已成为 Hyperliquid 平台的官方 USDC 国库部署方，平台上约 50 亿美元 USDC 的收益将用于回购 HYPE 代币；四是稳定币，持续深化 USDC 在链上市场的覆盖。
他将 Coinbase 的定位概括为，“最安全的加密资产托管地是我们的基础护城河，而超高速增长则来自于将一切证券化、打造万能应用。”
