智通财经APP讯，双登股份(06960)发布公告，由于工作安排的内部调整，执行董事、财务总监、董事会秘书、本公司联席公司秘书及香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则第 3.05条项下的本公司授权代表贺蓉女士(贺女士)已递呈辞任董事会秘书、联席公司秘书及授权代表，自2026年6月15日起生效，惟彼将继续担任本公司执行董事及财务总监。
贺女士辞任后，马云鹏先生(马先生)已获委任为董事会秘书、联席公司秘书及授权代表，自2026年6月15日起生效。谭家龙先生(谭先生)将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。
