智通财经APP获悉，芝商所(CME Group)近日宣布，将于6月29日推出现金结算的微型E-迷你标普500与纳斯达克100指数期权，目前尚待监管审批。新推出的微型期权合约的规模为现有E-迷你期权合约的十分之一，提供周一至周五每日到期的短期期权。此外，新合约采用现金结算方式，免除到期时与标的期货交割相关的额外操作流程。
“我们持续扩展流动性充裕的股指期权产品系列，正是为了回应客户对更灵活、更便捷的风险管理和市场准入工具的需求，”芝商所股票产品全球主管Joe Hickey表示，“将更小的合约规模与现金结算的操作便利性相结合，我们为交易者提供了节省资本、灵活高效的工具组合，使其能够以极致精准度管理美股基准指数风险敞口。”
微型E-迷你标普500与纳斯达克100指数期权的推出，正是基于芝商所现有微型E-迷你股指产品系列的巨大成功。自上市以来，该系列产品累计成交已突破26亿份合约，其中标普500与纳斯达克100指数微型E-迷你产品交易量均突破10亿份合约。
上述产品将在芝加哥商品交易所(CME)上市，并受该交易所规则的约束。
