消息面上，东京电子电路工业展览会隆重召开。大族数控以“光启新生，智领新境”为主题，携创新激光解决方案亮相。大族数控在行业内率先推广新型激光技术，通过极高的能量密度，以“冷加工”规避产品热损伤，实现无残铜、无残胶的加工效果，显著提升产品良率。
花旗发布研报称，大族数控已向AKM Meadville、Compeq等SLP(类基板PCB)企业供应超快激光钻孔设备，用于1.6T共封装光学(CPO)应用。此前这些SLP企业主要依赖三菱电机的CO2激光钻孔机，但因三菱交货期长达12个月，已开始转向大族数控的超快激光钻孔方案。
