智通财经APP讯，壁仞科技(06082)发布公告，于2026年6月15日，(i)Wen ZHANG先生、Zhou HONG先生、肖冰先生及Luting PAN先生获选举为第二届董事会执行董事;(ii)刘经国先生获选举为第二届董事会非执行董事;及(iii)林兆荣先生、刘瑾女士及虞志益博士获选举为第二届董事会独立非执行董事。职工代表董事Linglan ZHANG先生作为本公司执行董事，亦为第二届董事会成员。董事会已决议选举产生第二届董事会各委员会的组成人员。
董事会决议，第二届董事会审核委员会由林兆荣先生、刘瑾女士及虞志益博士组成。林兆荣先生担任审核委员会主席。
董事会决议，第二届董事会薪酬委员会由Wen ZHANG先生、刘瑾女士及虞志益博士组成。刘瑾女士担任薪酬委员会主席。
