供股最高所得款项净额预期约为5850万港元。公司拟使用所得款项净额于下列用途：约57.3%所得款项净额用于采购被动式冷藏柜的温控设备及冷链解决方案。 约18.8%所得款项净额用于偿还贷款及应计利息。 约5.1%所得款项净额用于采购原材料及农用消耗品;及余下约18.8%所得款项净额用作一般营运资金。
