消息面上，美国稀土公司 (USAR) 宣布科罗拉多州湿法冶金示范工厂正式投产，企业预计 2026 年第三季度启动分离氧化物量产。这座示范产线投产后，公司跻身中国以外少数具备镝、铽、钇等重稀土氧化物分离量产能力的企业，完善覆盖采矿、加工分离、稀土金属、合金与永磁体的全链条自研技术体系。 工厂同步开展三条并行工艺试生产，原料来源覆盖得州 Round Top 自有稀土矿、巴西 Serra Verde 矿区第三方混合稀土碳酸盐，以及废旧稀土磁铁回收料，通过多原料并行测试降低商业化量产风险。
本次中试数据将支撑 Round Top 项目最终可行性研究，该报告计划 2026 年第四季度完成、2027 年一季度对外发布，后续将指导矿区配套加工基地、第三方原料处理与磁体回收工厂的工程设计。重稀土是风电、新能源车、国防永磁体核心原料，本次示范产线落地也是美国构建独立于海外的关键矿产供应链的重要节点，长期产业规划将逐步降低高端制造对海外稀土精炼产能的依赖全球地质矿产信息系统。
