近日，全球知名房地产服务商戴德梁行（Cushman & Wakefield，NYSE：CWK）成功协助瑞典通信巨头爱立信（Ericsson，NASDAQ：ERIC）完成其新总部选址。此次交易涉及面积达100万平方英尺，创下瑞典历史上最大规模的写字楼交易纪录，同时也是欧洲近年来最大的企业总部搬迁项目之一。
爱立信作为戴德梁行的长期客户，将把其总部从斯德哥尔摩基斯塔（Kista）区迁至该市重点发展的现代化城区哈加斯塔登（Hagastaden）。这一区域正迅速发展成为集创新与生命科学于一体的新兴科技中心。
在此次复杂的交易中，戴德梁信瑞典团队全程提供专业服务，从识别和评估未来办公园区选项，到协助爱立信与两位不同业主签署了六份租赁协议。作为瑞典最大的企业之一，爱立信将此次新总部视为吸引人才、驱动创新和实现长期增长的重要战略举措。
