智通财经APP获悉，开发人工智能高尔夫击球追踪及表现分析工具的 Game Your Game 向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交注册申请，拟在纳斯达克完成直接上市（Direct Listing）。此次上市将由现有股东出售流通普通股，Game Your Game 将不会通过此次上市募集新资金。公司未披露预计的上市时间表。
据文件显示，登记股东计划出售最多 1610 万股普通股。
2026 年 3 月，Streeterville Capital 购买了一张可转换票据，其隐含的普通股参考价为每股 8 美元。以此价格计算，Game Your Game 的市场价值将达到 1.29 亿美元。
