Iren (IREN) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of Spain-based artificial intelligence data center developer Nostrum Group.
The acquisition adds about 490 megawatts of secured, grid-connected power capacity in Spain, along with an additional development pipeline, Iren said.
The deal also brings a team of more than 50 employees across development, engineering, construction and operations, the company said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
