智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月12日，惠生国际(01340)出现仓位异动，存仓市值总计1753.39万港元，占比20%。该公司股东将1.85亿股股票存入华业证券，持股比例减少17.98%。
惠生国际近日发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已达成，而配售事项已于2026年6月12日完成。合共1.85亿股配售股份(相当于公司于紧接完成前已发行股本的20%及于紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份后扩大的公司已发行股本的约16.67%)已根据配售协议的条款按配售价每股配售股份港币0.046元成功配售予不少于6名承配人。配售事项的所得款项总额约为港币849.01万元。扣除配售佣金及其它相关开支后，所得款项净额约为港币822万元。
