消息面上，近期，大唐黄金发布公告，进一步披露了有关收购陕西省宁陕县两间金矿项目公司的重大交易的细节。公告显示，独立估值师确认目标集团100%股权公允价值约11.3亿港元，大唐黄金将以总计5.85亿港元的代价拿下80%的权益，折价幅度达到约35%。不仅如此，标的矿山探明+控制黄金金属量达69.9万盎司，经计算每盎司资源量收购成本仅约为114美元。
智通财经APP在《大唐黄金（08299）战略并购即将收官，黄金新贵入主优质金矿带来新看点》中指出，上月中旬，大唐黄金披露了盈喜公告，2026财年公司预计实现收入20.05亿港元，同比劲增53%；同期，净利润同比亦大增了53%至1.45亿港元。核心财务数据大增，表明大唐黄金的存量矿山在黄金景气周期里释放出了强劲的盈利弹性。后续随着宁陕矿山如期开工，这座成本优势突出、证照齐全的成熟资产将正式为大唐黄金注入全新增长动能。
