智通财经APP讯，顺腾国际控股(00932)发布公告，集团预期于截至2026年3月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占未经审核综合亏损约2400万港元至约2900万港元，而截至2025年3月31日止年度公司拥有人应占综合亏损约3600万港元。董事会认为，相关年度综合亏损减少主要归因于以下净影响：
(1) 相关年度的毛利较上一相应年度略微减少约600万港元。此乃由于向客户提供的销售折扣安排力度加大，以及新推出及升级产品的原材料成本更高;及
(2) 因相关年度香港物业市场的低迷情况较上一相应年度有所缓和，相关年度的投资物业公平值亏损大幅减少约1400万港元。
