智通财经APP讯，中国中车(601766.SH)发布公告，公司全资子公司中车资本管理有限公司及其全资子公司华舆正道(北京)私募股权投资基金管理有限公司拟与其他出资人共同设立华舆国科战新(苏州)创业投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(暂定名，具体名称以工商登记为准)。各合伙人认缴出资总额为15亿元，其中，中车资本管理有限公司作为有限合伙人认缴5.7亿元，华舆正道(北京)私募股权投资基金管理有限公司作为普通合伙人、私募基金管理人认缴0.3亿元。
该基金重点投资于新能源装备、新能源汽车、智能制造等战略性新兴产业领域和未来信息、未来网络、未来空间、未来制造产业，与公司产业布局存在协同，公司子公司投资该基金，立足服务主业发展，创新投资模式，深化产融结合，持续培育壮大战略性新兴产业，助力公司长远发展。
