Magnera (MAGN) has sold its Caerphilly operations in the UK to Polyart, a Prudentia Capital holding, the company said Monday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The sale followed a strategic portfolio review of its manufacturing technologies, products, and markets, the company said.
