智通财经APP讯，中发展控股(00475)发布公告，预期本集团于本年度(截至2026年3月31日止年度)将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损净额介乎约2500万港元至约2700万港元。而截至2025年3月31日止年度(上年度)的本公司拥有人应占亏损净额则约为1920万港元。
预期本年度本公司拥有人应占亏损净额增加主要归因于以下因素的综合影响：(i)与可换股债券相关的衍生金融工具公允价值变动收益大幅减少，估计本年度约为160万港元，而上年度的收益则约为1490万港元;(ii)本集团业务于本年度的收益减少;及(iii)其他收入减少，包括本集团投资物业于本年度产生的租金收入减少。上述不利影响因(其中包括)本年度投资物业公允价值变动亏损减少及行政开支减少而得到部分抵销。
