Whirlpool Updates on Debt Buyback Offer

Whirlpool (WHR) said Friday that 73.1% or 365.3 million euros worth of its 1.25% notes due 2026 have been tendered as part of its debt buyback initiative.

The company also said 91.1% or 546.7 million euros worth of its 1.1% notes due 2027 have been tendered.
